ISWSC Youth Merit Award Medal
Here are the details for awarding an International Society of Worldwide Stamp Collector's Youth Merit Award medal to be presented at your stamp exhibition along with a packet of worldwide stamps. It is available free of charge, but we do request that any inquiries be made at least 4 weeks before its presentation.
Our award criteria are:
1. The youth competition must have a minimum of 50 pages at least 8 1/2 by 11 inches in size;
2. There must be a minimum of 5 competitors entered in the youth category displaying any type of philatelic material, all of whom are under the age of 18;
3. The winning entry must show a minimum of 50% worldwide (non-US) philatelic material.
Judges and the exhibit committee are free to set whatever additional qualifiers they deem necessary to bestow the award. Should your show not qualify under these conditions, please write to the address below and exceptions will be considered. We would also appreciate receiving notification of the merit award winner's name, age and exhibit title for publication in our bimonthly newsletter, "The Circuit." Send requests to:

ISWSC Youth Merit Award Certificate
The International Society of Stamp Collectors will provide a Youth Merit Award Certificate along with a packet of worldwide stamps to any Boy or Girl Scout who earns their Stamp Collecting Merit Badge. To get your certificate and stamps, send your request to the address above along with either a photo of your Stamp Collecting Merit Badge or a letter/email from your Scout Leader confirming that you earned the Stamp Collecting Merit Badge.
